Founder, MWM Fight Night
cam has spent over a decade building MWM into a respected WOMENS wrestling agency, working at the intersection of athlete representation, event promotion, and entertainment.
For more than ten years, MWM has operated as a structured platform for female fighters — sourcing talent, managing matchmaking, coordinating events, and building relationships around the sport. The focus has never been hype. It has been longevity, relationships, and execution.
In 2025, after more than a decade developing fighters, building talent networks, and refining the blueprint behind MWM, cam evolved that foundation into Fight Night. Rather than launching something new, Fight Night represents the next stage of the platform — transforming years of groundwork into a scalable live combat sports event series. The move marked a natural progression from agency-led matchmaking and training into fully produced arena events, combining live audience energy with professional broadcast production.
The second Fight Night event was broadcast via MMATV, expanding the brand beyond a physical venue and into pay-per-view distribution. That moment shifted Fight Night from local event to media property.
